Caribou trophy racks in front of Osprey LodgeThe tag shall be affixed and locked to the animal immediately upon capture and shall remain affixed until the animal is prepared for storage, consumed or exported. Unguided Alaska hunting with successful caribou hunter out of Osprey Lodge in AlaskaReservations

OSPREY LODGE requests a one third (1/3) down payment to confirm a hunt. The down payment can be either a personal check, cashier's check or credit card. Full payment is due at the onset of the hunt. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refundable only if the dates in question can be filled by another party. In the event that weather or other uncontrollable conditions prevent adherence to scheduled dates, we do not assume responsibility for any costs that may be incurred. Osprey Lodge encourages you to make your hotel reservation for the Anchorage portion of your travel once you have confirmed the dates of your hunt. Even though numerous hotels have sprung up in the Anchorage area of late, FEW of the new hotels have freezer facilities large enough to accommodate large boxes of frozen meat. The Best Western Barratt Inn has such a facility and a reservation there would be a good idea. Any of the listed hotels below could accommodate your stay on the night of arrival in Anchorage. It becomes necessary to find a freezer facility only on your way home from the lodge as your frozen meat will be accompanying you on that flight. The Best Western Barratt Inn also has a storage facility for gear, etc., should you need one. Following is a list of hotels for your convenience:
